By default, only RGB signs are compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant and come with a remote control. Signs featuring white LEDs come equipped with a power switch and no remote control. If you require a remote for a white LED sign, there will be an additional charge, and in that case, you would need to opt for an RGB sign. 

Yes, we offer custom design services for LED signs, LED Backlit, and Light boxes.

Generally, each individual piece is constrained to dimensions of 15" x 15". However, larger sizes can be accommodated based on the specific design and the details of the installation location. 

Regarding returns, for custom items, we do not facilitate returns due to their personalized nature. However, our utmost priority is to guarantee your full contentment.

For items featuring existing designs, there is a 10% restocking fee applicable if you choose to return them.
